Stelvio Cipriani is the protagonist of this felicitous meeting with the music of genre cinema, this time dedicated to the exotic adventure movie Luana la figlia della foresta vergine. Rife with suggestive scenography, the movie was shot in 1968 by Roberto Infascelli and features Mei Chen in the guise of the beautiful Luana and Glenn Saxon as the adventurer. Naturally, a highlight is the wonderful score by Maestro Stelvio Cipriani, living icon and artistic liaison for Italy.
Stelvio Cipriani composed a flawless and dreamy score, with wide and ample orchestrations and touches of the exotica that had been raging for nearly a decade on the other side of the ocean. Mastering by Claudio Fuiano, liner notes (in Italian and English) by Fabio Babini and graphic layout by Alessio Iannuzzi. The CD comes in a jewel case with a 12-page, full-color booklet. Limited edition of 500 copies. What else to add? Get it before it's too late!
