From the Manufacturer

The You Are Empty original game soundtrack. The game takes place in Soviet Union after the Second World War. After an unsuccessful superhuman creation experiment part of the population died, but another becomes zombies. The music is the voice of dead cities–ambient and industrial. Composed by Dimitriy Dyachenko.
