Grammy and Emmy award-winning film composer/musician Mark Isham (Dolphin Tale, Crash) returned this fall to score three television productions, two of which reunite him with film directors Frank Darabont (The Mist, The Majestic) and Gary Fleder (Don't Say A Word, Kiss the Girls). LA Noir, directed by Frank Darabont, was recently picked up by TNT for six episodes. To create an authentic 1950's feel for Darabont's period noir drama, Isham creates a score with a heavy jazz influence. Isham is also scoring the upcoming film 42, the Jackie Robinson biopic.

Mark Isham has established a reputation as a leading film composer. He brings his filmic sensibilities into scoring for television. Isham scores weekly with a full orchestra for ABC's Once Upon A Time to create the cinematic intensity for the series. He also recently scored the pilot episode of the CW's newest series Beauty and the Beast.
