Armando Trovajoli, composer for such films as Marriage Italian Style and Two Women, died recently in Rome at the age of 95.

After graduating from the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, Trovajoli began collaborating with Piero Piccioni on a weekly radio program. He also began composing for film. His career in film scoring stretched over 60 years and included hundreds of titles.

Some of Trobajoli's more notable work was composed for the stage, in musicals such as Rugantino.

Married to actress Pier Angeli until her tragic death in 1969, the composer is survived by his wife, Maria Paola Trovajoli.
