When viewing Hulk this week, we at SoundtrackNet noticed (as some of you might have) that there was a track in HULK called "Mother" credited to Mychael Danna. We asked Mychael what the deal was with that track, and if it was any of his score that he had written before being taken off the project.
"I heard that they retained a number of tracks that I did before I was fired, especially the ethnic drumming (Indian, African Japanese) and the Arabic vocals, which I recorded all over the globe over a few months," responded Danna. "But i don't know for sure."
So.. when you see Hulk, and think you're hearing something that might have been written by Danna (or at least Danna-influenced), it very well might be.
