NASHVILLE, NEW YORK, HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES— (April 2, 2002)— 615 Music Library, Manhattan Production Music, Megatrax Production Music, Omni Music Library and VideoHelper, the nation's most innovative and creative music companies, have joined forces to launch LIBRARYTRACKS.COM, a first-of-its-kind site on the internet to provide an unparalleled array of production music library services to a worldwide audience at this year's National Association of Broadcasters national convention in Las Vegas April 8-11, 2002.

The five allied companies, who are equal partners in the site, represent the industry's most forward thinking and successful music libraries, creating music and SFX for thousands of radio and television stations, as well as for film companies, advertising agencies and multi-media applications. Among the combined client rosters of the LIBRARYTRACKS.COM companies are the most familiar and biggest names in broadcast and film, including all major U.S. television networks, virtually every major U.S. cable network and numerous major motion pictures.

The five music libraries offer online access to more than 700 CDs with plans to add about 150 CDs each year.

LIBRARYTRACKS.COM uses Microsoft ASF (audio streaming format) to allow visitors to the site to stream, audition and digitally download available music. The LIBRARYTRACKS.COM site will link to all five companies' sites and the search engine for LIBRARYTRACKS.COM will operate across all catalogs.

LIBRARYTRACKS.COM is working with Verance Corporation to digitally watermark all music in the libraries for ease of performance and use reporting through ASCAP, BMI and SESAC. The site was developed by Freshground Software featuring the "Music Source" search software.
