SoundtrackNet has learned that composer Mark Mancina has left Bad Boys 2 due to "creative differences". Composer Trevor Rabin, who was collaborating with Mancina, will continue to head up the scoring duties. Some of Mancina's themes and music might remain in the final score, but at this point, it's too early to say for sure. MTV had reported earlier this week that Dr. Dre would be scoring the film; no doubt they mean he was contributing some song material (much like Oakenfold, Moby, and Rob Dougan have done for other various projects).
