Varèse Sarabande will release the Ice Age: Collision Course - Original Motion Picture Score featuring the film's original score by Academy Award-nominated composer John Debney. The album will be released digitally and on CD on July 22, 2016.
"When I got the call to be a part of Ice Age: Collision Course, I was thrilled," said Debney. "With a spirit of fun and great collaboration, we tried to create a score that is fun, a little outer spacey, and of course: full of heart."
"I'm a huge Ice Age fan and have been since the first film a few years back," Debney stated. "Anchored by Scrat's crazy adventures, the Ice Age stories always seem to warm the hearts of millions around the world."
"To now be a small part of the 'family' is a unique joy," Debney added. "My friends at Blue Sky have yet again created a film of great heart as well as hilarious hijinks. The characters are timeless. Ice Age: Collision Course will be in theaters on July 22, 2016.
